What type of Personalized order we don’t do?
Here at Printication, we take pride in crafting personalized products that bring joy and satisfaction to our customers.
While we strive to fulfill your desires, we must uphold certain standards, and thus, we regretfully cannot accept requests for the following types of personalization.
- Faces of Living Beings: We do not create personalized products featuring the faces of living beings, including humans, animals, or birds. This includes portraits, illustrations, or any other forms of images of living beings’ facial features.
- Religious or Controversial Themes: We do not create designs with religious themes or any controversial themes that may be sensitive or divisive.
- Customizations Beyond Our Scope: While we strive to accommodate a wide range of customization requests, there may be limitations to what we can feasibly create. We reserve the right to refuse requests that fall outside of our capabilities or expertise.
- Illegal or Prohibited Content: We do not accept requests for personalized products that contain illegal or prohibited content, including but not limited to hate speech, violence, or illegal activities.
- Adherence to Ethical and Religious Values: We adhere to strict ethical and Islamic values in our business practices. This includes respect for diverse beliefs and traditions. For instance, we uphold Islamic values and principles and will not create personalized products that contradict or compromise these values.
- Copyrighted Material: We cannot personalize products with copyrighted material without proper authorization. This includes characters, logos, or artwork protected by copyright law.
- Inappropriate or Offensive Content: We reserve the right to refuse requests for personalization that contain inappropriate or offensive content, including profanity, nudity, or explicit imagery.
- Discriminatory or Offensive Symbols: We do not accept requests for personalization featuring discriminatory and/or offensive symbols, including but not limited to symbols associated with specific groups or ideologies.
- Sensitive or Confidential Information: For privacy and security reasons, we cannot personalize products with sensitive or confidential information, such as personal identification numbers, financial information, or private communications.
- Violations of Ethical Standards: We adhere to ethical standards in our business practices and will not personalize products that violate these standards, including requests that may promote harm, discrimination, or unethical behavior.
- Infringement of Others’ Rights: We respect the intellectual property rights of others and will not personalize products that infringe upon these rights, including trademarks, patents, or other proprietary rights. For example, we cannot fulfill requests for personalized products featuring Disney characters without proper authorization from the copyright holder.
How do you order a personalized digital product?
Here’s how to order personalized digital art:
- Check Product Title and Description: Look for products labeled as “customized” or “personalized” in the title and description. If the product is labeled as “customizABLE,” it means it’s a template that you can customize on your own.
However, if it’s labeled as “customizED” or “personalizED,” we will customize the design for you and send it ready to print. Be sure to read the description in full to get a clear understanding of what to expect, including whether the entire design or specific features are customizable. - Select Customization Options: Before adding the product to your cart, you will find customization options available on the product page. These options may include entering the baby’s name, choosing the file size, selecting the file format, and adding any extra notes in the provided text areas or dropdown menus.
- Add to Cart and Checkout: Once you’ve selected your customization options, add the product to your cart and proceed to checkout just like you would with any other product.
- Receive Ready-to-Print File: Upon placing your order, we will create your personalized design based on the options you’ve selected. You can expect to receive a ready-to-print digital file within 1 to 3 business days of placing your order. While we often deliver within a day or two, we ask for up to 7 days to allow for any unexpected delays.
- Delivery via Email: You will receive the personalized digital file as a note through email (email address associated with your order). The note will contain a link to Google Drive, where you can access and download the print-ready file.
Ensure to check your spam folder just in case our email landed in the spam folder. - Contact Us: If you do not receive your personalized file within 7 business days, please send us a message at help@printication. We strive to ensure a smooth and timely delivery process for all our customers.
Delivery Timeframe:
We understand the excitement of receiving your personalized digital art or product promptly.
Typically, we strive to deliver the final product within 1 to 3 days of receiving your customization details (until specified otherwise). However, to account for any unforeseen delays or complications, we kindly ask for a window of up to seven days.
In the rare event that you haven’t received your personalized order within seven days of placing it, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
You can send an email to help@printication.com with the subject line “My personalized order is not delivered.” We’re here to ensure that you receive your order delivery as soon as possible.
Revisions and Refunds of Personalized Orders
Revisions in case of Printication’s Mistake
We are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction with our personalized digital products.
In the event of any mistakes from our side, such as incorrect personalization, the product not meeting its advertised description or a faulty link, we offer unlimited revisions. (until specified otherwise).
After at least three revisions, if you still haven’t received your final product that completely meets its description, you have the option to request a refund. (You cannot request a refund if the product is correctly delivered within 3 revisions).
Please follow these steps to initiate a refund request:
- Request Refund via Email: Send an email to help@printication.com with the subject line “Refund of a personalized order”.
- Conditions for Refund: We only accept refund requests after at least three revisions, provided that the product is not delivered as advertised, and the mistake is from our side, such as incorrect stats, wrong colors, or not meeting your personalized details.
- Provide Necessary Information: In your email, please attach the order number, proof of payment, and screenshots of all three delivered products (revisions). These screenshots should clearly demonstrate that the product does not meet the specifications and/or includes wrong personalization.
- Review and Approval: Once we’ve received your email and verified the information provided, we will determine if it meets the refund criteria.
- Refund Processing: Upon approval, we will process the refund and email you the updates regarding the refund status.

Revision in the case of Customer’s Mistakes:
While we encourage our customers to double-check all details before submitting their personalization requests, we understand that mistakes can happen.
If you forgot to add any information in the personalization details or provided the wrong details by mistake, we offer one revision to make the necessary adjustments.
Please note that in the case of customer mistakes, you cannot request a refund, except in the case of duplicate or unauthorized purchases.

In the Case of Changes of Mind or Different Product Requests
We understand that preferences can change, and sometimes customers may decide they want a different product or wish to alter their customization preferences.
In such cases, we apologize, we are unable to accommodate revisions. Instead, the customer will need to place a new order for the desired product or customization.

Cancellation of Personalized Order
If you wish to cancel a personalized order, please do so within 2 hours (60 minutes) of placing the order by sending an email to help@printication.com with the subject line “I want to cancel personalized order”.
In your email, please attach the following:
- Order number
- Proof of payment
- Screenshot showing the timing of the order (as indicated in your receipt)
- A brief explanation of the reason for the cancellation request
Upon receiving your email, we will review your request and approve the refund if it meets the cancellation criteria. We will then send you updates regarding the refund process shortly thereafter.
